First Foundation Inc. Closes $228 Million Equity Investment(FFWM)

(NYSE: FFWM) announced the completion of a $228 million capital raise from investors including Fortress Investment Group, Canyon Partners, Strategic Value Bank Partners, and North Reef Capital. The transaction involved the issuance of 11,308,676 shares of common stock at a price of $4.10 per share, along with 29,811 shares of Series A Noncumulative Convertible Preferred Stock and 14,490 shares of Series B Noncumulative Convertible Preferred Stock. Investors also received seven-year warrants to purchase Series C Non-Voting Common Equivalent Stock.
